SF4I’s new Investment Manager Ann Glews joined the investment team in July from Barnsley Development Agency. Ann, who also spent six years with HSBC and has a BSc in Financial Services, is the latest recruit to the client-focused team serving the Business Services sector.
As a highly experienced Business Development Officer, Ann will develop a marketing strategy to attract investment in the business services sector, with a particular focus on HQ and back office functions.
Her new role will also see Ann working with the wider team to attract Government departments and agencies seeking to relocate.
Ann says:
“My new job will involve the management of a professional enquiry process, incorporating property, financial assistance and recruitment support for potential inward investors.
“I will also be working with developers and agents to match demand and supply of high quality commercial office property.
“Sheffield is on a steep success curve at the moment so it is an excellent time to join the team, to help build on the recent leaps forward and to contribute to future growth.”
