There is a high level of interconnection between public transport types making it very easy to get around in Sheffield. Additionally, the train station lies between both bus and tram interchanges, meaning commuters arriving here have easy connection with the rest of Sheffield.

A new text messaging service, YourNextBus, is currently being rolled out across South Yorkshire, which uses satellite tracking to enable you to find out exactly how long it will be before the bus arrives at your stop.
